NUT & FRUIT TOPPINGS
2 each; Russet Potatoes, large
4 Tablespoons; Butter, unsalted, melted
1 Tablespoon; Sea Salt, freshly ground
1/2 cup; Sour Cream
1 cup; Smoked Gouda Cheese, shredded
1 cup; Fresh Gourmet Garlic Pepper Crispy Onions
4 teaspoons; Green Onion, chopped
Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat each potato all over with 1 Tbsp butter and 1 tsp sea salt. Place on sheet and bake for 1 hour.
While baking, combine sour cream, cheese, 2 Tbsp butter and 1 tsp sea salt.
When done baking, cut potato in half lengthwise; scoop inside of potato into mixture and combine until smooth.
Place mixture into 8” inch square or round baking casserole and tops evenly with Crispy Onions; place back in oven; bake additional 15 minutes until heated
Remove from oven; sprinkle top with fresh green onions and serve.
